Refund policy

Our mission is to make everyone happy with all of our products and should you be unhappy with your purchase in anyway, simply send the items back to our Burlington address, listed below, and we will happily refund you the full price of your purchase. Shipping and Handling costs will be deducted from refund, we do not supply return labels. Products found to be defective or damaged during delivery may be exchanged. Exchanges and returns must be done within 10 days of delivery and sent back with a receipt. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs.
